    Referral Program Work

    Stage 1

    INTRODUCTION

    The referrer gets acquainted with the terms of the referral program on the site, and then fills out an online application form, in which:

    • Gives us the contact details*;
    • Briefly describes the company that the referrer recommends**;
    • Indicates the business domain to which the recommended company belongs;
    • Specifies information about the projects.
    Stage 2

    The Application Form Analyzing

    After filling out and sending the form, our manager analyzes the application form. In case the referral is a new client of Code & Care (with whom there was no previous cooperation) and meets all the preliminary requirements, the referral becomes a member of the referral program.

    Stage 3

    The Agreement Signing

    When Code & Care signs an agreement, the referrer receives a basic reward of 5% of the project cost as soon as the referral completes full payment.

    *The referral program is invalid if the contact information of the Referrer or Referral is incorrect.
    **To invite another company, you need to fill out the form again.
