Project Challenge: The development team faced several challenges while working on the VivenHealth project, particularly in the initial stage when the client presented a complex task that required implementing various training scenarios into one cohesive application. After an extensive process of requirement clarification, the development team could not find an existing technical solution that met all of the client's needs, as the product was unique to its domain. To overcome this challenge, one of the technical leaders proposed the idea of creating a custom library called rete.js. This library was designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of the VivenHealth project and became the backbone of the entire platform. Developing this library required significant effort and expertise, but it enabled the development team to create a flexible and adaptable solution that could meet the complex demands of the project. In addition to the technical challenges, the development team also faced challenges related to user experience and accessibility.
