The platform will leverage a proven approach that is supported by over 600 studies, which demonstrate that technology-enhanced simulation training is an effective method to effect behavior change.
VivenHealth will stand out from other teaching methods by offering a more engaging and interactive learning experience. Users will have access to high-quality simulations that allow them to practice and apply what they learn in a safe and controlled environment. The platform will be tailored to meet the needs of various industries, including healthcare, education, and business. /05 Challenges
Project Challenge: The development team faced several challenges while working on the VivenHealth project, particularly in the initial stage when the client presented a complex task that required implementing various training scenarios into one cohesive application. The main challenge was to find a technical solution that could connect these scenarios and enable end-users to interact with the application seamlessly.
After an extensive process of requirement clarification, the development team could not find an existing technical solution that met all of the client's needs, as the product was unique to its domain. This presented a significant challenge, as the team needed to create a solution that would not only meet the client's requirements but also be scalable and adaptable to potential future changes.
To overcome this challenge, one of the technical leaders proposed the idea of creating a custom library called rete.js. This library was designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of the VivenHealth project and became the backbone of the entire platform. Developing this library required significant effort and expertise, but it enabled the development team to create a flexible and adaptable solution that could meet the complex demands of the project.
In addition to the technical challenges, the development team also faced challenges related to user experience and accessibility. To overcome these challenges, the team had to ensure that the platform was designed to be user-friendly and accessible to people with disabilities. They also had to ensure that the platform was optimized for mobile devices and included features such as multi-language support and social learning.
To address these challenges, the development team employed a user-centered design approach, which involved working closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop courses that were evidence-based and relevant to the needs of its users. They also used data analytics and machine learning to personalize the learning experience for each user and track their progress.
